How long does shipping take?

Orders are printed and shipped via Printify. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5–10 business days (2–5 days production + 3–5 days transit). International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on destination.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on US orders over $70. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package on the carrier's website.

What's your return/refund policy?

We accept returns on items that arrive damaged or defective. Since everything is made to order, we don't accept returns for sizing issues, so check the size guide before ordering. See our full Refund Policy for details.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a size guide. When in doubt, size up — our fits run true to size.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at owner@chaoscasual.com. We can't guarantee changes once production has started.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, no hassle.
